Shipping & ReturnsReturns PolicyYou may return clean, unused items within 1 week of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).If you need to return an item, simply fill out our contact form, and we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. ShippingWe can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are shipping restrictions on certain products depending on their international destination. Customs fees may also apply for international orders. Please check with your local customs offices for that information.When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policy of the shipping company, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We use USPS - United States Postal Service and their Flat Rate packaging whenever possible. If you want insurance added, please contact us. We usually ship within 3 - 5 business days, and you will receive an order notification email and a shipping notification email from us once the item is shipped. If you have a spam blocker on your email, you may not receive our emails. USPS will also send a shipping notification.
