Returns Policy

You may return clean, unused items within 1 week of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
 

 If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Customs fees may apply for international orders, please check with your local customs offices for that information.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policiy of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We use USPS - United States Postal Service and their Flat Rate packaging whenever possible. If you want insurance added, please contact us.

 If you have a spam blocker on, you will not receive our emails re: shipping. We usually ship within 3 - 5 business days. You will receive an order notification email and then, when your order is shipped, a shipping notification email from us. USPS will also send a shipping notification.

Flat Rate Envelope $5.30 (usually fits 7 yards of cottons or 3 yards of home dec fabrics).

Flat Rate Box Medium $12.95 (usually fits about 25 yards of fabric)

Flat Rate Box Large $16.95  (usually fits up to 35 yards of fabric)

International Orders:
Option 1: USPS Priority Envelope 
Canada $12.95

All other Countries $16.95 
We can fit 7 yards of cotton fabric or 3 yards of home dec fabrics.
These are NOT insurable or trackable, therefore, we are not responsible for their arrival. We have no way to track these envelopes.

Option 2: USPS Air Mail Medium - Flat Rate Box - we can fit about 25 yards of our cotton fabrics:
Canada:  $32.95 (insurance is an addition $3.00 - let us know if you want insurance) 

All other Countries:  $47.95 (insurance is an additional $3.00 - let us know if you want insurance).

Option 3: USPS Air Mail Large - Flat Rate Box - we can fit about 35 yards of our cotton fabrics: 

Canada: $39.95 (insurance is an additional $3.00 - let us know if you want insurance)

All other Countries:  $60.95 (insurance is an additional $3.00 - let us know if you want insurance).

There are also additional express options which are much higher rates. Please email us for this information.
